The Beverley Pasture Masters wish to contract with a local company to provide
hot food and drink refreshments on Newbald Road Westwood Beverley.
The successful applicant will be able to trade daily in daylight hours.
A licence will be issued to trade for a period of 12 months initially. There is a set
yearly fee irrespective of the number of times you decide to trade on Westwood
in that 12-month period.
In order to trade you will need to provide:
1: A valid copy of both Employers and Public Liability Insurance in the sum
of at least £10M
2: A current food Hygiene certificate
3: Proof of registration with local authority
4: Gas safety certificate for all gas appliances (if applicable)
5: Health and Safety Policy
6: A recent photograph and brief dimensions of the van
